Planning and Execution

· Supervise and monitor the sub-contractors on site

· Allocate work with explicit job responsibilities to engineers and supervisors

· Billing Ourside and contractor side

· Review and approve the monthly bills of the contractors

· Review variation requests and coordinate with the Procurement department for necessary actions

· Shop Drawings, Material Submittals and Method Statements
As-built Drawings
Testing & Commissioning Procedures
Operation & Maintenance Manuals, Handing/Taking Over Documents
Plan and arrange the training of the in-house Facilities Management team on various
systems prior to the handing/taking over of the project

· Candidates must also knowledge of Studying & checking drawings and measure the Quantity as per drawings alongwith reconciliation.

· Solid knowledge of installation and testing & commissioning of all Electrical Systems used in building services and infrastructure projects

· Client Handling

Pay: ₹17,747.87 - ₹67,602.60 per month
