Job Description

Ambica Industries Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a dedicated and experienced Accountant Executive to manage day-to-day accounting operations and ensure accurate financial records. The ideal candidate should have experience in manufacturing industries and robust knowledge of accounting principles, taxation, and statutory compliance.

Key Responsibilities
Handle day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping activities.
Maintain purchase, sales, journal, and ledger entries.
Prepare bank reconciliation statements and monitor cash flow.
Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.
Process vendor payments and customer receipts.
Prepare GST returns and ensure tax compliance.
Assist in TDS calculations, filing, and statutory compliance.
Maintain financial records and supporting documents.
Prepare MIS reports and assist in monthly closing activities.




Coordinate with auditors during internal and statutory audits.
Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards.

Required Skills
Solid knowledge of Tally ERP, MS Excel, and accounting software.
Good understanding of GST, TDS, and statutory compliances.
Knowledge of financial reporting and reconciliation.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Good communication and organizational abilities.

Qualifications
B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance) or equivalent.
3–6 years of relevant accounting experience.
Experience in a manufacturing or chemical industry will be preferred.
