Hiring: Full-Time Telecaller – Kolkata

We’re looking for a confident and energetic Telecaller who can communicate with customers, generate leads, and build strong customer relationships over the phone.

Role Overview

This is a full-time position for someone who is comfortable speaking with customers, handling queries, following up with leads, and working towards daily and monthly targets.

What You’ll Do
Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers
Follow up with leads and maintain regular communication
Explain products/services clearly to customers
Handle customer queries and provide relevant information
Maintain call records and update lead status
Work towards assigned calling and lead-generation targets
Coordinate with the team to ensure smooth lead conversion

What We’re Looking For
Good communication and interpersonal skills




Confident and professional phone etiquette
Fluency in Bengali and Hindi; basic English is a plus
Basic computer knowledge
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Ability to handle multiple calls and follow-ups
Freshers are welcome to apply
