We are looking for an experienced and customer-focused Floor Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our wellness center. The ideal candidate should have solid leadership skills, experience in team management, customer service, sales, and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the overall operations and ensure exceptional customer service.
Supervise and lead the team, including scheduling, training, and performance management.
Handle customer queries, feedback, and complaints professionally.
Monitor inventory, stock, and cash management.
Ensure smooth opening and closing of daily operations.
Conduct regular staff meetings and maintain a positive work workplace.
Develop and implement customer retention and service improvement initiatives.
Coordinate housekeeping and maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards.
Support marketing activities and business growth initiatives.
Maintain operational reports and ensure compliance with company policies.
