Job Responsibilities
Operate VMC (Vertical Machining Center) machines safely and efficiently.
Read and understand engineering drawings and machining instructions.
Perform machine setting, tool loading, workpiece loading, and job changeovers.
Check and adjust tool offsets, work offsets, and cutting parameters.
Operate CNC/VMC machines according to production requirements.
Use measuring instruments such as vernier caliper, micrometer, and height gauge.
Inspect finished components and ensure dimensional accuracy.
Perform basic troubleshooting and inform the supervisor of machine issues.
Maintain proper housekeeping and follow safety procedures.
Complete production and inspection records.





Required Skills
1 year of experience as a VMC/CNC Operator.
Basic knowledge of CNC/VMC machine operations.
Ability to read engineering drawings.
Knowledge of cutting tools, inserts, and machining parameters.
Familiarity with Fanuc or similar CNC controls is preferred.
Knowledge of basic measuring instruments.
Valuable attention to quality and safety.

Qualification
ITI / Diploma in Mechanical or related field preferred.
1 year relevant VMC Operator experience.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
