Handle the assigned kitchen section efficiently and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Maintain consistency in taste, quality, portioning, and presentation.
Ensure proper mise en place and timely preparation of food during service.
Monitor food quality, freshness, and storage of ingredients.
Maintain high standards of hygiene, sanitation, and food safety.
Coordinate with the Sous Chef, Chef de Cuisine, and other kitchen team members during service.
