Allergy Screening & Pathology Labs (ASPL) is looking for a dedicated and patient-friendly Receptionist with Phlebotomy skills to join our diagnostic team.

The ideal candidate should be capable of managing the front desk while confidently collecting blood samples from patients.

Key Responsibilities
Welcome and register patients at the reception.
Handle appointments, billing, and patient records.
Collect blood samples (Venipuncture) from adults and children.
Label and process specimens accurately.
Maintain patient confidentiality and proper documentation.
Answer phone calls and respond to patient inquiries.
Coordinate with doctors, technicians, and laboratory staff.
Maintain cleanliness and infection control protocols.

Required Qualifications




DMLT / BMLT / Phlebotomy Certification or relevant healthcare qualification.
Minimum 1 year of experience in blood collection and reception/front desk work.
Positive communication skills in Hindi, Punjabi, and basic English.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office/Lab Software).
Pleasant personality with excellent patient handling skills.

Preferred Skills
Skilled in venipuncture and sample collection.
Reception and billing experience in a diagnostic laboratory.
Knowledge of laboratory procedures and patient registration.
Ability to work independently and in a team.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹14,000.00 per month
