Key Responsibilities
Order Verification: Confirm cash-on-delivery (COD) orders, pin codes, and shipping details to reduce returns.
Customer Support: Resolve delivery issues, track missing shipments, and handle product questions via phone or chat.
Sales & Upselling: Promote special offers or recent product lines to past online buyers.
Vendor/Seller Support: Help onboard new merchants or assist existing sellers on the platform.
Data Logging: Maintain updated CRM records of daily call outcomes, customer feedback, and query resolutions.
Required Skills
Communication: Transparent verbal skills in local languages or English depending on the target market.
Computer Literacy: Basic data entry, Excel, and e-commerce dashboard navigation.
Problem-Solving: Patience and clear conflict-resolution skills when managing frustrated customers.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
