Job Overview

Gashwa Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a creative and talented Graphic Designer to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for creating visually appealing designs for digital platforms, social media, websites, marketing campaigns, and other promotional materials.

Key Responsibilities
Create creative and engaging designs for social media posts, banners, advertisements, brochures, and marketing materials.
Design graphics for websites, landing pages, and digital marketing campaigns.
Develop creative concepts based on project and client requirements.
Maintain brand consistency across all designs.
Collaborate with the marketing, development, and content teams.
Edit and enhance images, illustrations, and other visual content.
Create designs in different formats and sizes for various digital platforms.
Stay updated with current design trends and industry standards.
Make revisions and modifications based on feedback.
Manage multiple design projects while meeting deadlines.





Required Skills
Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, CorelDRAW, Figma, or Canva.
Positive understanding of typography, color theory, layout, and composition.
Strong creativity and attention to detail.
Basic knowledge of UI/UX principles is an advantage.
Ability to understand design briefs and convert ideas into creative visuals.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.

Eligibility
Fresher to 3 years of experience in graphic designing.
Candidates with a strong portfolio and creative approach are preferred.
Relevant degree, diploma, or certification in Graphic Design is an advantage.
