Assist in purchasing raw materials, components, finished goods, packaging materials, and other requirements.
Coordinate with existing and recent suppliers for prices, quotations, availability, and delivery timelines.
Prepare and maintain Purchase Orders (POs) and purchase-related documentation.
Follow up with suppliers to ensure on-time delivery of materials.
Compare supplier quotations and assist in negotiating prices and payment terms.
Coordinate with the production, stores, accounts, and sales teams regarding material requirements.
Maintain records of supplier details, purchase prices, orders, pending deliveries, and invoices.
Monitor stock requirements and communicate reorder requirements to the purchase team.
Verify received materials against purchase orders and coordinate for discrepancies, shortages, or quality issues.
Assist in maintaining and updating supplier and product price lists.
Track pending purchase orders and provide regular status updates.
Support the Purchase Manager in day-to-day procurement activities.

Pay: ₹9,555.13 - ₹20,000.70 per month
