Job Summary:
Responsible for the installation, operation, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, repair, and servicing of HVAC and air-conditioning systems to ensure effective and reliable operation.

Key Responsibilities:
Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair HVAC and air-conditioning systems.
Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance as per schedule.
Inspect and service AHU, FCU, VRF/VRV, split AC, package units, chillers, cooling towers, ventilation and exhaust systems, as applicable.
Diagnose electrical, mechanical, refrigeration, and control-system faults.
Perform refrigerant charging, leak detection, pressure testing, vacuuming, and recovery as required.
Check compressors, condensers, evaporators, motors, blowers, thermostats, sensors, and control systems.
Monitor operating parameters such as temperature, pressure, voltage, current, and airflow.
Read and understand HVAC layouts, equipment drawings, ducting and piping drawings.
Maintain service records, preventive-maintenance reports, breakdown reports, and spare-parts records.




Attend emergency breakdowns and restore equipment with minimum downtime.
Ensure proper use and maintenance of tools and equipment.
Follow company safety procedures, PPE requirements, and applicable technical standards.
Coordinate with engineers, supervisors, contractors, and other maintenance personnel.

Required Skills:
Solid HVAC troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Knowledge of refrigeration systems and basic electrical systems.
Ability to use multimeter, manifold gauge, vacuum pump, and other HVAC tools.
Knowledge of preventive maintenance practices.
Ability to read basic technical drawings and manuals.
Valuable communication and teamwork skills.
Physically fit and willing to work at heights/confined areas when required.
Willingness to work shifts, weekends, or emergency call-outs if required.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
