Ensures the facilitation of quality care for toddlers and young children at Kidobby following Kido’s standards.
Takes responsibility for toddlers and young children in their growth and development working with Parents and Educators
Creates and maintains positive relationships with children, teachers, and parents in the centre
Knows, understands, and follows Kido’s safety, health and hygiene standards
Knows, understands, and implements Kido’s curriculum
Observes, assess’, and documents child’s development under the guidance of ECE
Maintain personal standards as a representative of Kido.
