Answer incoming calls and respond to customer/viewer enquiries.
Make outbound calls to clients, customers, or leads.
Explain the company’s services, programs, advertisements, or subscriptions.
Handle complaints and resolve basic customer issues.
Record customer information, call details, and follow-up requirements.
Forward technical or complicated issues to the appropriate department.
Follow up with potential clients and maintain leads.
Maintain qualified communication and meet daily call targets.
Send information, offers, or updates to customers when required.
Prepare basic daily/weekly call reports.
Must have personal conveyance(Activa/Bike/Car)
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
