Job Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective customers and explain products/services.
Handle incoming customer calls and respond to queries professionally.
Generate leads and follow up with potential customers.
Maintain records of calls, leads, follow-ups, and customer information.
Understand customer requirements and provide relevant information.
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly calling and lead-generation targets.
Coordinate with the sales team for further follow-up and conversions.
Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.

Required Skills
Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of Hindi and English.




Confident and polite telephone manner.
Valuable convincing and negotiation skills.
Basic computer knowledge.
Ability to handle targets and follow-ups.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Qualifications
Minimum 12th pass; graduate preferred.
Freshers can apply.
Prior telecalling/customer support experience will be an advantage.

Preferred Candidate

A confident, well-spoken and target-oriented candidate who can communicate effectively with customers and handle regular follow-ups.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
