Key Responsibilities

· Transaction Management

· Record purchases, sales, cash, and bank transactions.

· Track mode of payments (cash, card, UPI, loyalty points, discounts).

· Maintain reconciliation between kiosk collections and bank deposits.

· System Operations

· Book entries in SAP/Accounting systems with accuracy.

· Ensure timely posting of invoices, receipts, and expense records.

· Support automation of kiosk accounting workflows.

· Cross-Team Coordination

· Collaborate with Business Analysts to define accounting requirements.

· Work with the Software Team to test and validate kiosk accounting modules.

· Provide feedback on system enhancements and error resolutions.

· Compliance & Reporting

· Generate kiosk-level financial reports for management review.





· Ensure compliance with company accounting policies and statutory requirements.

· Support audit and internal control processes.

· Operational Oversight

· Monitor staff login/logout data for kiosk operations.

· Track discounts, loyalty points, and promotional schemes applied at kiosks.

· Maintain operational clarity between finance and kiosk operations.

Qualifications

· Bachelor’s degree in Commerce/Accounting/Finance.

· 2–4 years of experience in accounting operations (preferably retail/kiosk).

· Hands-on experience with SAP or ERP-based accounting systems

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
