We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team! As a Recruiter at our company, you will be responsible for finding, sourcing, attracting, and hiring talent with the goal to full-fill company's hiring needs.

As acquiring talented people is getting harder, your position will play a crucial role for our company to stay competitive in the market.

Key Responsibilities:
Handle end-to-end recruitment for International / Apac recruitment.
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and other recruitment platforms.
Screen and shortlist candidates based on client requirements.
Coordinate with candidates and clients for interview scheduling.
Maintain recruitment tracker and update the hiring status regularly.




Ensure quick turnaround time for closures.
Manage hiring requirements across Singapore, Malaysia, UAE, and Australia.

Requirements:
2+ years of experience in IT / Non IT Recruitment (C2H hiring preferred).
Valuable understanding of IT/ Non IT technologies and roles.
Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, Monster, Indeed, and other sourcing platforms.
Robust communication and coordination skills.
Must have own laptop and positive internet connection.
Experience recruiting for Singapore, Malaysia, UAE, and Australia markets.
