Position Overview:We are seeking a caring, creative, and enthusiastic Preschool Teacher to inspire and nurture young learners (ages 2–5). The ideal candidate will create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive classroom setting, fostering social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development.Key Responsibilities:1. Teaching & Learning Plan and implement age-appropriate curriculum and learning activities. Use play-based, experiential, and creative teaching methods to engage children. Assess and track each child’s progress and development.2. Classroom Management Maintain a safe, organized, and positive learning workplace. Encourage positive behavior, social skills, and independence. Manage classroom resources, learning materials, and activity setups.3.



Parent Engagement Maintain open communication with parents regarding their child’s progress. Conduct parent-teacher meetings and provide guidance on early childhood development. Address parent queries and concerns professionally.4. Professional Development & Collaboration Collaborate with fellow teachers and support staff for coordinated learning experiences. Participate in training sessions, workshops, and school activities. Stay updated with the latest early childhood education methodologies.

Job Types: Full time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,024.16 - ₹20,000.00 per month
