Lead the complete MEP design process for Design & Build projects.
Develop HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Fighting, Fire Alarm, ELV, and BMS design solutions.
Prepare and review concept designs, detailed engineering drawings, calculations, BOQs,specifications, and tender documents.
Coordinate with Architectural, Interior Design, Structural, QS, Procurement, and Project Execution teams.
Ensure designs comply with NBC, IS Codes, IEC, ASHRAE, NFPA, ECBC, and local authority regulations.
Conduct design reviews, value engineering, and cost optimization without compromising quality.
Resolve technical issues during project execution and provide site support.
Review shop drawings, material submittals, and technical documentation.
Lead client meetings, consultant discussions, and technical presentations.




Guide and mentor MEP engineers and designers to improve technical capabilities.
Monitor project schedules, design deliverables, and resource planning.
Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for technical approvals and product selection.
Ensure quality standards and company design procedures are followed.
Stay updated with the latest technologies, software, and industry standards.

Pay: ₹1,200,000.00 - ₹1,700,000.00 per year
