We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Freshers to join our Chat Support Process. Candidates should have excellent communication skills, good typing ability, and be comfortable working in rotational shifts.

Key Responsibilities
Handle customer queries through chat and provide accurate solutions.
Respond to customers professionally and promptly.
Understand customer concerns and resolve issues effectively.
Maintain a positive customer experience.
Follow company guidelines and process procedures.
Coordinate with internal teams whenever required.
Maintain accuracy while handling multiple chats.
