We are looking for a Technical Support Intern to join our operations team.

You will work closely with our technical operations team and assist with day-to-day technical tasks, account setup, documentation, and internal processes.

Responsibilities
Assist with day-to-day technical operations.
Help with account and system setup.
Follow internal SOPs and checklists.
Maintain records and update spreadsheets.
Perform routine technical checks.
Identify and report issues to the team.
Assist with other operational tasks as required.

Requirements
Basic computer and internet knowledge.
Comfortable working with Google Sheets and online tools.
Valuable attention to detail.
Ability to follow instructions and SOPs.
Quick learner and willing to learn new tools.




Positive communication and organizational skills.
