NovoBliss Research Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a detail-oriented and enthusiastic Clinical Trial Assistant (CTA) to support clinical research activities and ensure smooth coordination of clinical trials.

The ideal candidate should have a background in B.Sc., M.Sc., B.Pharm, or B.Tech and should have Gujarati as their primary language with positive communication skills.Key Responsibilities
Assist the clinical research team in coordinating and managing clinical trial activities.
Maintain and organize essential clinical trial documents and records.
Support Clinical Research Associates (CRAs), Clinical Research Coordinators (CRCs), and project teams with trial-related activities.
Assist in preparing, reviewing, and maintaining study documentation.
Support data collection, tracking, and follow-up activities.




Maintain trackers, logs, and study-related databases.
Assist with scheduling meetings, site visits, and study-related activities.
Follow clinical trial protocols, SOPs, GCP guidelines, and company procedures.
Ensure timely completion and filing of study documents.
Communicate with study participants/sites when required under appropriate supervision.
Perform other clinical research and administrative tasks assigned by the reporting manager.
Must be proficient in speaking and writing Gujarati.

Pay: ₹11,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
