Key ResponsibiliƟes

 Manage day-to-day producƟon acƟviƟes for uniƟsed curtain wall, sƟck curtain wall, and other

façade systems.

 Plan producƟon schedules based on project requirements and delivery Ɵmelines.

 Coordinate with Design, Planning, Procurement, Quality, Stores, and Project/Site teams.

 Ensure producƟon is carried out as per approved drawings, specificaƟons, and quality standards.

 Monitor manpower, machine uƟlisaƟon, materials, and producƟon capacity.

 Ensure Ɵmely fabricaƟon, assembly, glazing, packing, and dispatch of façade components.

 Monitor producƟon progress and take correcƟve acƟon to avoid delays.

 Ensure proper uƟlisaƟon of materials and minimise wastage and rework.

 Review producƟon drawings and coordinate with the design team for technical clarificaƟons.





 Ensure quality checks are carried out at each stage of producƟon.

 Implement and maintain producƟon processes, SOPs, and quality standards.

 Ensure compliance with safety requirements and company procedures within the producƟon

facility.

 IdenƟfy producƟon issues and implement soluƟons to improve producƟvity and efficiency.

 Coordinate with site teams to understand installaƟon requirements and resolve producƟon related issues.

 Maintain producƟon reports, producƟvity records, and daily/weekly progress reports.

 Lead, train, and manage producƟon supervisors, operators, and shop-floor teams.

 Support conƟnuous improvement, cost reducƟon, and process opƟmisaƟon iniƟaƟves.
