Responsibilities & Key Deliverables
> Tracking the Daily, Weekly, Monthly, Yearly Escalated Concerns – with updated status
> Budgeting
> Cross functional Coordination : Facilitate problem-solving meetings and drive accountability for action items
> Escalation : Escalate critical concerns to senior management as & when required.
> Developing & Maintaining concern resolution metrics and dashboards.
> Report progress to program leadership and management reviews.
> Facilitate by connecting with Dealerships, customer care, PVT, PD, etc to ensure quick actions and support.

Experience

10 -15 yrs

Industry Preferred
EV & Auto / Auto Ancillary

Qualifications
BE / B Tech, ME / M Tech
