Responsibilities:
Handle customer calls and follow-ups.
Manitain and update customer records in CRM/Excle.
Follow up with leads and existing clients.
Share company profiles, quotations and project details with clients.
Coordinate with thw sales and design teams.
Schedule client meetings and maintain regular communication.
Track leads, enquiries and their status.
Prepare basic reports and update daily CRM activities.
Requirements:
Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Excle and CRM software.
Positive follow-up and coordination skills.
Fresher candidates with positive communication skills can also apply.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
