Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and responsible IT Executive / IT Support Executive to manage day-to-day IT operations and provide technical support to employees across the office.

Key Responsibilities
Handle day-to-day hardware and software troubleshooting.
Install, configure, and maintain computers, laptops, printers, scanners, and other IT equipment.
Provide support for Windows, MS Office, email, internet, Wi-Fi, LAN, and printers.
Troubleshoot basic networking issues, including routers, switches, and connectivity.
Manage software installation, system updates, antivirus, and basic security requirements.
Maintain IT asset and inventory records.
Coordinate with external IT vendors for repairs, AMC, and technical support.
Provide timely technical assistance to employees.
Maintain and support office IT infrastructure and meeting-room equipment.
Ensure proper data security, confidentiality, and backup procedures.
Maintain IT-related documentation and records.




Perform other IT-related duties assigned by management.

Required Skills and Qualification
Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in IT Support / Technical Support / IT Operations.
Graduate/Diploma in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
Good knowledge of Windows OS and MS Office.
Basic knowledge of networking, LAN, Wi-Fi, routers, and switches.
Good hardware and software troubleshooting skills.
Knowledge of antivirus, system security, and data backup.
Valuable communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to independently handle routine IT issues.
Experience in a law firm or skilled services environment will be an advantage.
