Minimum 710 years of experience in travel and tourism operations, preferably in inbound tour operations.
Proven ability to lead, supervise, and manage an operations team, ensuring the smooth and seamless execution of tours and travel services.
Solid organizational, problem-solving, decision-making, and leadership skills.
Excellent knowledge of tour planning, itinerary execution, hotel bookings, transportation, guides, and other destination services.
Ability to coordinate effectively with international clients, DMCs, suppliers, hotels, transporters, and local service providers.
Robust focus on quality control, operational efficiency, client satisfaction, and timely service delivery.
Ability to handle multiple tours, last-minute changes, emergencies, and operational challenges efficiently.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with a robust customer-service orientation.
