The role involves hands-on development of Linux-based embedded systems, device drivers, sensor integration, hardware interfaces, and application development. The candidate will work closely with hardware, firmware, and system teams to develop and debug real-world industrial products.

Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain Embedded Linux applications.
Work on platforms such as BeagleBone Black or similar ARM-based platforms.
Develop and optimize embedded software using C, C++ and Python.
Develop and debug Linux device drivers, kernel modules and BSPs.
Perform board bring-up and system-level debugging.
Integrate sensors and hardware interfaces including:
I2C
SPI
UART
GPIO
ADC
Develop and debug CAN bus communication.
Work with HDMI display interfaces and embedded GUI development.
Optimize system performance, boot time and memory utilization.
Troubleshoot system-level issues using tools such as GDB, strace, perf and dmesg.
Collaborate with hardware, firmware and system engineering teams.
Prepare technical documentation and support product deployment and production activities.

Required Skills & Experience
3–5 years of hands-on experience in Embedded Linux development.
Robust programming skills in C and C++.
Good working knowledge of Python.




Experience with ARM-based platforms / iMX93 or similar processors.
Strong understanding of:
Linux Kernel
Device Drivers
BSP
Embedded Systems
Experience with sensor integration and hardware interfaces.
Hands-on experience with CAN protocol / CAN stack.
Experience with HDMI/display systems and embedded GUI development.
Robust debugging and problem-solving skills.
Familiarity with Git and Linux development workflows.

Positive to Have
Exposure to AI/ML on edge devices.
Experience with TensorFlow Lite, ONNX or OpenCV.
Knowledge of Debian, Yocto or Buildroot.
Understanding of RTOS concepts.
Experience in system performance optimization and power management.
Exposure to manufacturing/product deployment environments.
