About the Role:

We are looking for top-tier LeadPython Developers with solid academic backgrounds and deep expertise in Pythonand Cloud.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead the design, development, testing, and deployment ofPython-based applications.
Develop scalable, secure, and high-performance backend services and APIs.
Define technical architecture, coding standards, and development best practices.
Work with frameworks such as Django, Flask, FastAPI, or similar.
Design and integrate RESTful APIs and third-party services.
Review code, identify technical issues, and ensure adherence to coding standards.
Lead troubleshooting, debugging, performance optimization, and production issue resolution.




Guide and mentor junior and senior developers and conduct technical knowledge-sharing sessions.
Collaborate with Product Managers, Business Analysts, DevOps, QA, and other engineering teams.
Design and optimize database interactions using SQL/NoSQL technologies.
Implement automated testing, CI/CD practices, and secure development processes.
Participate in technical discussions, estimation, sprint planning, and architecture reviews.
Drive continuous improvement in application performance, scalability, reliability, and maintainability.
