Key Responsibilities
Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technical specifications.
Work closely with development teams during solution design and implementation.
Participate in solutioning, feasibility analysis, and technical discussions.
Create functional specifications, user stories, process flows, and requirement documents.
Support UAT, defect analysis, and requirement traceability.

Required Skills
Robust development background with exposure to Java and/or .NET technologies.
Positive understanding of REST APIs and system integrations.
Hands-on knowledge of RDBMS such as MySQL and Oracle.
Exposure to cloud platforms like AWS and/or Microsoft Azure.
Experience in requirements gathering, business analysis, and solution design.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodology is preferred.
