ABOUT THE ROLE

Were looking for an experienced Design Manager to lead our machine design team - owning everything from concept through to final drawing and BOM release for our industrial cleaning and surface treatment equipment.

WHAT YOULL DO
Lead and manage the design team, including coordination with our electrical and automation function
Own design gate reviews and sign-offs at every stage of a project
Assess and approve customer change requests, escalating major impacts where needed




Own the drawing and BOM release process for every project
Plan and manage workload across the design team
Drive the standardisation of our machine platforms to reduce design-to-delivery time

WHAT WERE LOOKING FOR
Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering
10+ years of experience in machinery/industrial equipment design, including team leadership
Robust hands-on proficiency in SolidWorks or equivalent CAD software
Proven experience owning a design process end-to-end, from concept to release
Solid people management and cross-functional coordination skills
