Job Responsibilities:
To carry out in process analysis as per STP.
To carry out Intermediate, Finished product analysis as per STP.
To carry out plant trials, PD lab, complaint samples analysis.
Documentation related to in process, Intermediate and FG, Validation sample analysis.
Sampling and labeling of intermediate and FG product.
Identify and inform OOS to immediate superior and as per their instruction carry out OOS sample analysis.
To update related instrument log book entries immediate during usage.
Ensure to send back duplicate copy of intimation slip to production or respective department after completion of analysis.
Ensure to send all 3P Lab analysis samples
To carry out analysis of outside department samples and communicate results after verification.
Ensure to handover control sample to QA immediate after analysis.
Preparation,



standardization, reporting and labeling of volumetric solutions and laboratory reagents.
Laboratory instrument calibration.
Proper Co-ordination with all departments to run process smoothly by providing timely & error less analysis.
List of Laboratory instrument and AMC status.
Contributing to the organizational goal of Best Practice in the Safety, Health and Setting management system to minimize the risk, injury even Near Miss.
Competent person to perform secure activity in QC lab.
Involvement & participation in HIRA/EIA identification, implementation to ensure compliance with EHS & OHS requirements”
