Key Responsibilities
Handle end-to-end IT recruitment for C2H (Contract-to-Hire) requirements.
Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, and references.
Screen candidates based on technical skills, experience, and client requirements.
Coordinate interviews, follow-ups, and candidate closures.
Maintain candidate pipeline and recruitment trackers.
Work closely with clients and internal teams to meet hiring targets.
Requirements
1+ year of experience in IT recruitment, preferably C2H hiring.
Positive understanding of IT skills and technologies.
Strong sourcing, communication, and negotiation skills.
Target-oriented and comfortable working in a fast-paced recruitment setting.
