The Enabling Areas Information Technology team is responsible for building & maintaining different applications for Deloitte that focuses on providing employee experience.
Requirement
Minimum 9 - 12 years of IT Application Development Experience across major technologies like Microsoft, Low Code no code.
Minimum 5 - 7 Years of experience on Mendix.
Must have Mendix Advanced/Expert Level Certification.
Experience in Mendix Native mobile App (2 to 3)
Experience of leading development teams.
Proven experience as a Mendix Solution Architect, with a track record of successfully delivering complex Mendix projects.
Robust understanding of software architecture principles, design patterns, and development methodologies.
Expertise in designing and developing scalable, secure, and high-performance Mendix applications.
Proficiency in front-end development technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams and collaborate with business stakeholders, developers, and project managers.
Positive logical, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Design, develop, and test automation workflows.
Build reusable components.
Ability to build Custom components if necessary.
Qualification
Graduate in Computer Science/IT or equivalent Degree
