We are looking for a highly experienced and performance-driven Sr.Sales Manager Chemicals to aggressively expand our business across multiple chemical segments. The candidate must have a strong industry network, proven sales track record, and the ability to independently drive revenue growth.

This is a leadership role requiring strong market understanding, team handling capability, and strategic planning skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Revenue & Business Growth:
Drive sales growth across all categories of chemicals (Industrial, Specialty, Solvents, Raw Materials, etc.)
Identify and develop new business opportunities
Achieve monthly, quarterly & annual revenue targets
Expand distributor and dealer network

Strategic Planning:
Develop and implement effective sales strategies
Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and pricing structure
Prepare sales forecasts and business plans

Key Account Management:
Handle and grow major industrial accounts
Negotiate pricing, contracts & commercial terms




Ensure solid long-term customer relationships

Team Leadership:
Lead and manage field sales executives
Monitor team performance and target achievement
Provide guidance, training & motivation

Coordination & Reporting:
Coordinate with procurement,logistics & accounts team
Ensure timely order execution and payment recovery
Submit detailed sales reports to management

Candidate Requirements:
Graduate (Chemistry / Chemical Engineering / MBA Sales preferred)
38 years of proven experience in Chemical Sales
Robust network in chemical manufacturing & industrial sectors
Experience in trading company preferred
Ability to handle B2B industrial clients
