Key Responsibilities:
Acquire and manage relationships with builders, developers, and contractors for Construction Finance business.
Source recent business through direct sales, referrals, channel partners, and market networking.
Understand customer funding requirements and recommend suitable financing solutions.
Coordinate with Credit, Legal, Technical, and Operations teams for smooth loan processing and disbursement.
Ensure timely documentation, portfolio quality, and customer servicing.
Achieve assigned business, disbursement, and portfolio growth targets.

Desired Candidate Profile:
2 6 years of experience in Construction Finance, LAP, Working Capital, Business Loan, SME/MSME Lending, Project Finance, or Housing Finance.
Robust relationship management and business development skills.
Experience in handling secured lending products and business clients.
Valuable communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
