Roles and Responsibility
Lead the development team in designing, developing, and deploying scalable web applications using Ruby on Rails.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify project requirements and develop solutions.
Ensure high-quality code by reviewing and mentoring junior developers.
Participate in architecture discussions and contribute to improving the overall technical design of the application.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues efficiently.
Implement best practices and industry standards in coding, testing, and deployment.

Job Requirements
Solid understanding of object-oriented programming principles and software development life cycles.
Experience with Agile methodologies and version control systems like Git.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team setting and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
Solid leadership skills and the ability to motivate and guide junior developers.
Familiarity with continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.
