SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND ABILITIES
Oracle HCM Cloud experience in compensation and advantages.
Hands-on experience with Oracle HCM Cloud through a full lifecycle project.
Working knowledge of MS Office tools, including MS Project, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio
Design thinking capability.
Demonstrated ability to lead projects and act as a project manager when needed.
Business functional expertise in total rewards. Knowledge of total rewards annual cycles and customary business processes.
Excellent executive communication skills (verbal/written) including preparation and delivery
Solid collaboration across a matrixed organization.
Proficiency at grasping and leveraging recent technical concepts quickly.
Ability to work under minimum supervision.
