Key Responsibilities
Develop and manage channel partner network across Pune.
Source residential sales through brokers, IPCs, and real estate consultants.
Conduct channel partner meetings, presentations, and project briefings.
Drive lead generation and conversion through CP sourcing.
Maintain robust relationships with existing channel partners and onboard current partners.
Coordinate site visits, customer meetings, and sales closures.
