Job Summary

We are looking for enthusiastic and result-oriented Sales Engineers / Sales Executives to join our growing team. The role involves identifying potential customers, generating qualified leads, building client relationships, and contributing to business growth.

Candidates with either technical (engineering) or sales backgrounds are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities
Generate recent business opportunities through cold calling and outbound sales.
Identify prospective customers and qualify leads.
Understand customer requirements and propose suitable solutions.
Build and maintain solid client relationships.
Conduct online or in-person meetings with prospects.
Prepare quotations and coordinate with internal teams.




Negotiate commercial terms and close deals.
Update CRM and maintain sales records.
Achieve monthly sales targets.

Eligibility

Engineering Candidates
Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, ENTC, Automobile, Production or related branches.

Non-Engineering Candidates
Any Graduate (BBA, B.Com, B.Sc., BA, MBA or equivalent).
Candidates with B2B/B2C Sales, Business Development, Telecalling, Inside Sales or Marketing experience are welcome.

Preferred Skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office).
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Self-motivated and target-oriented.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
