Roles and Responsibilities
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize testing requirements for current features and enhancements.
Develop test plans, test cases, and execute tests on Guidewire products such as ClaimCentral, PolicyCenter, and other related applications.
Analyze defects reported by users or internal stakeholders, work with development team to reproduce issues, and track progress until resolution.
Participate in daily stand-ups, sprint planning meetings, and retrospectives to ensure alignment with project goals.
Provide technical guidance to junior team members on software testing best practices.
