We are seeking an experienced and result-oriented skilled to join our Project Management team as Deputy Manager Planning & Quantity Surveying (QS) and contribute to the successful execution of this prestigious development.

Key Responsibilities

Planning & Project Controls
Prepare and maintain detailed project schedules using Primavera P6/MS Project.
Develop baseline programs, resource plans, and project milestones.
Monitor project progress against approved schedules and identify potential delays.
Conduct critical path analysis and recommend corrective actions.
Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports, dashboards, and MIS for management review.
Coordinate with internal stakeholders, consultants, contractors, and vendors to ensure timely project execution.

Quantity Surveying & Cost Management
Review and verify BOQs, quantities, and cost estimates.
Monitor project budgets, cost forecasts, and cash flow requirements.
Evaluate contractor bills, variations, extra items, and final accounts.
Track and control project costs to ensure adherence to approved budgets.
Analyze rate variations and recommend cost optimization measures.




Assist in procurement planning and contract administration activities.

Coordination & Reporting
Liaise with design, procurement, execution, and finance teams for effective project delivery.
Ensure compliance with project timelines, contractual obligations, and quality standards.
Prepare management presentations and project performance reports.
Support risk assessment, mitigation planning, and project closeout activities.

Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.
Additional certification in Planning, Project Management, or Quantity Surveying will be an advantage.
8–10 years of relevant experience in Planning and QS functions for commercial, residential, mixed-use, or high-rise building projects.
Robust proficiency in Primavera P6, MS Project, AutoCAD, and MS Excel.
Sound knowledge of BOQ preparation, estimation, billing, contracts, budgeting, and project controls.
Excellent analytical, coordination, communication, and reporting skills.
Ability to work in a quick-paced project environment and manage multiple stakeholders.
