Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and result-driven Sales Manager to lead and expand our business in the UPS, Solar Inverter, Battery Charger, and Power Electronics segment. The ideal candidate will play a key role in driving revenue growth, building solid customer relationships, and identifying new market opportunities across the assigned territory.

Responsibilities
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets within the assigned region
Identify and develop recent business opportunities including dealers, distributors, EPCs, system integrators, and industrial clients
Manage and grow key accounts through effective relationship management and commercial negotiations
Conduct customer meetings, presentations, product demonstrations, and technical discussions
Understand client requirements and recommend suitable power and energy solutions
Generate enquiries, prepare quotations,



and convert leads into successful closures
Negotiate pricing and commercial terms in coordination with the Business Manager
Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline with timely follow-ups
Prepare accurate sales forecasts and reports
Track market trends, competitor strategies, and emerging technologies
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and long-term engagement
Coordinate with internal teams (Technical, Pre-Sales, Service, Operations, Finance) for smooth execution
Maintain updated records in CRM for all sales activities

Qualifications
Age: 30 40 years (Preferred)
Solid experience in UPS / Solar / Power Electronics sales
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
Proven track record of achieving sales targets
Technical understanding of power solutions is an added advantage
