Job Description
We are looking for a ServiceNow ITOM Developer with hands-on experience in at least one of the following ITOM modules:
Event Management
Service Mapping
Discovery
Orchestration
CSDM (Common Service Data Model)

Roles & Responsibilities
Develop, configure, and support ServiceNow ITOM solutions.
Work on one or more ITOM modules based on project requirements.
Configure and maintain CMDB and MID Servers.
Develop integrations using REST/SOAP APIs.
Create and customize Business Rules, Client Scripts,



Flow Designer, and Script Includes.
Troubleshoot issues and provide production support.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver ITOM solutions.

Required Skills
5+ years of ServiceNow development experience.
Hands-on experience in at least one ITOM module: Event Management, Service Mapping, Discovery, Orchestration, or CSDM.
Valuable knowledge of CMDB and ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript).
Experience with REST/SOAP integrations.
Understanding of ITIL processes.
