We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Sr Advanced Project Engineer to join our team at SpartaSystems. The ideal candidate will have a robust background in engineering and project management, with excellent problem-solving skills.

Roles and Responsibility
Manage and coordinate advanced projects from conception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate risks, and implement corrective actions.
Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets, ensuring alignment with company goals.
Conduct site visits to monitor progress, identify issues, and provide technical support to team members.
Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure compliance with contractual obligations.




Analyze project data to identify trends, opportunities for improvement, and areas for cost reduction.

Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Engineering (B.Tech/B.E.) or equivalent.
Proven experience in managing advanced projects with a focus on quality, safety, and efficiency.
Solid knowledge of project management principles, practices, and techniques.
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
Familiarity with industry-specific software and technologies is an asset.
