Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and target-oriented professional to drive Motor Insurance business through the Agency Channel. The role involves recruiting and managing insurance agents, building strong partner relationships, generating new business, and achieving assigned sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
Recruit, onboard, and activate recent insurance agents in the assigned territory.
Generate Motor Insurance business through the agency network.
Build and maintain solid relationships with agents to improve productivity and retention.
Conduct regular field visits for partner engagement, training, and sales support.
Drive monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Educate agents on Motor Insurance products, company processes, and sales strategies.
Support agents with policy issuance, renewals, endorsements, and claim-related coordination.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and identify new business prospects.




Ensure compliance with company policies and IRDAI guidelines.
Maintain accurate sales reports, agent records, and MIS.

Desired Candidate Profile
Graduate in any discipline.
14 years of experience in Agency Channel Sales, preferably in Motor Insurance or General Insurance.
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
Comfortable with field sales and extensive local travel.
Target-driven with excellent networking and business development skills.
