Role & responsibilities
Housekeeping Oversight: Manage daily cleaning, sanitizing, and waste removal across all indoor and outdoor common areas, offices, or rooms.
Facility Maintenance: Inspect buildings regularly to identify structural flaws, safety hazards, or equipment malfunctions, scheduling prompt repairs.
Vendor & Contractor Management: Supervise third-party service providers (e.g., pest control, HVAC servicing, deep-cleaning crews) and track contract performance
Staff Leadership: Hire, train, schedule, and evaluate housekeeping and janitorial personnel.
Inventory & Budget Control: Monitor stock levels of cleaning supplies and equipment, ordering replacements while adhering to departmental budgets.
Safety & Compliance:



Ensure all operations adhere to local occupational health, fire safety, and environmental sanitation codes.

Preferred candidate profile
Experience: 10 to 15 years in facility operations, corporate housekeeping management, or hospitality.
Skills: Solid team leadership, vendor negotiation, problem-solving, and time management.
Knowledge: Familiarity with OSHA/local health and safety standards and commercial cleaning machinery.
Education: High school diploma required; a degree in facility management, business administration, or hospitality is preferred
