Job Roles and Responsibilities
Managing multiple voice and non-voice campaigns for a US based client
Managing operations involving work related to accounting, collections support, efund request investigation and writing-off process
Operational governance on day to day activities Work Allocation, Collation and Tracking of performance Real-time monitoring and analysis.
Ensuring Service delivery TATs are adhered
Creating, manage and defined process related reports and data
Working closely with Quality and training department
Regular connect with clients, customers and senior management.
Redefine and re-engineer process to improve efficiency and performance
Conduct an internal audit process for review and compliance checks
People management Regular connect with team members
Employee retention & Shrinkage Control
Other duties as assigned.

Candidate Requirements
7+ years of experience in a supervisory role handling Voice processes.




Should have experience preferably in Collection and Banking industry with client communication/interactions goals.
Demonstrated leadership capabilities, including ability to organize and manage human resources.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English).
Robust analytical skills with command over Excel reporting, data analysis and presentation
Willingness to work in shifts (Night Shift working Window-US Timings)
Qualification - Any Graduate.
