Role & responsibilities :
Lead urban planning, master planning, township, smart city, and architectural projects from concept to completion.
Prepare development plans, master plans, zoning studies, land-use plans, and urban design proposals.
Develop architectural concepts, design layouts, and planning solutions for residential, commercial, institutional, and mixed-use developments.
Conduct site assessments, feasibility studies, and urban analysis.
Coordinate with clients, government authorities, consultants, and project stakeholders.
Ensure compliance with development control regulations, building codes, planning guidelines, and statutory requirements.
Prepare technical reports, presentations, planning documents, and design submissions.
Review and approve architectural drawings, planning layouts, and design deliverables.
Guide and mentor junior planners, architects, and design teams.
Participate in client meetings, project presentations, and business development activities.

Integrate sustainability, smart city concepts, mobility planning, and environmental considerations into project designs
