We are looking for a skilled Salesforce Service Cloud Specialist to join our team at Forward Eye Technologies, an industry leader in E-Learning/EdTech. The ideal candidate will have 8 years of experience and be available to start on or before January 29, 2026.

Roles and Responsibility
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement Salesforce solutions that meet business requirements.
Develop and maintain technical documentation for Salesforce implementations.
Provide training and support to end-users on current Salesforce features and functionality.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Salesforce implementation.
Analyze customer feedback and recommend improvements to the Salesforce platform.




Work closely with stakeholders to identify business needs and develop solutions using Salesforce best practices.

Job Requirements
Solid understanding of Salesforce Service Cloud architecture and its components.
Experience with Salesforce development tools such as Apex, LWC, and Visualforce.
Knowledge of Agile methodologies and version control systems like Git.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team workplace.
Familiarity with e-learning platforms and EdTech industry trends is a plus.
