Job Description & Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day manufacturing and scrap recycling operations.
Ensure production targets, quality standards, and delivery schedules are achieved.
Monitor operational efficiency and minimize production downtime.
Ensure proper maintenance of machinery and equipment.
Implement and monitor safety procedures and compliance standards.
Supervise manpower planning, attendance, discipline, and shift management.
Provide training and guidance to workers and machine operators.
Monitor team performance and ensure productivity improvements.
Coordinate with procurement and logistics teams for smooth material flow and dispatch activities.
Maintain production records, reports, and operational documentation.
Ensure proper housekeeping and adherence to plant SOPs.
